Program Luleå On Ice in English

The event takes place at Södra Hamnplan, right next to the ice track where you can cheer on the Dutch skaters.

Snow art, reindeer, hot chocolate, lots of companies and associations on site with exciting activities, exhibitions and sales. World-class ice skating competitions, Sea Ice Marathon. food and drinks. Check out the program day by day as it is not the same throughout the event!

10.00 Welcome to meet exhibitors, try out different activities, warm yourself by the fires or have something to eat or drink.
11.00 Vernisage where Sunderbyns Folkhögskola presents this year's snow art
12.00-12.15 During Luleå On Ice, Dansinitiativet Länk till annan webbplats, öppnas i nytt fönster. invites you to the dance performance and live concert where the dust settles! Dancer Linn Lindström and musician David Björkén move the touching work by choreographer Fabian Wixe to Luleå's living room: the ice rink and southern harbor area. With great skill, powerful movements and poetic tones, we stir up dust, emotions and thoughts. We ask ourselves the question: Who are you when the dust has settled?
12.00-15.00 Pat a reindeer. Our dear reindeer from Kaatis Reindeers, Násti (star in Northern Sami) and Mánnu (moon) will be visiting. Also selling various products
17.00 The area closes

During the day, the skating race Grand Prix 5 – LKAB Luleå Sprint will also take place with the start and finish in Södra hamn.
